— Yes! You can find the latest coupons by subscribing or checking our announcement banners. We also offer codes through social media channels from time to time.

• Where do you guys ship to?

— We ship to every country! Rates for shipping vary but are greatly discounted.

• What is your return/exchange policy?

— Check out "Refunds & Exchanges" in the drop-down menu or visit our Refunds & Exchanges page.

• How do I make sure I order the right size?

— There is a size guide in the product images! Please make sure to check the size guide, as the fitting may vary. Most customers order a size up!

• What are the shipping options?

— For the USA, all orders have free 2-5 business day shipping from our new US warehouse. International orders can range from 10 days to over a month, depending on the country. You'll see this information at checkout before you pay!

• Are they machine washable?

— Yes, try to do a cold water quick wash with little to no detergent, if possible, and machine dry after!

• What if my swimsuit doesn't change color?

— If your swimsuit is not changing color when placed underwater, it may be a temperature issue. Our swimwear changes color above or below 82℉. If warming them up doesn’t work, try throwing them in the dryer or pouring cold water on them, followed by hot water. Please contact us at shop@kameleonswim.com if you have questions.

• What should I do if I never receive my order?

— We rarely have issues with delivery. However, if you do not receive your apparel within 6 weeks of ordering or do not have a tracking number, please contact us so we can assist you in finding a solution.

• How is the product made?

— Our trunks and bikinis are made from our signature heat-sensing fabric that allows the swimsuit to change colors dramatically with temperature changes while remaining durable for any activities.

• How do I keep my swimsuits in good condition?

— Avoid sun drying the swimsuits! Machine drying is optimal, as UV rays can be harmful if exposed for a long time. Other than sun damage, our swimsuits are very durable!

EXCHANGES:

Domestic exchanges are free and accepted if your swimsuit happens to not fit correctly as long as it is within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Email us and we will send you a label to get the process started. 

Regarding international orders, we accept exchanges within 30 days of arrival with a fee to cover shipping.

Please remember some of our swimsuits fit small, so try to order a size up if you can! 

FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS:

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost plus a 10% restocking fee that will be subtracted out of the refunded total. 

Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

Swimsuits must be unwashed and unworn. 

There are absolutely NO returns on wet swimsuits, any returns on wet swimsuits will not be opened and be disposed of. 

Please remember to read your automated instructions email from the day you purchased before assuming your apparel does not change colors too!

USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING VS INTERNATIONAL:

For orders domestic and within the continental USA, shipping is offered with a free option as well as other discounted options.  

For international or over sea shipping, there is a discount applied to all shipments and is updated at time of checkout. 

FOR GIFT CARDS:

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

STOLEN PACKAGES:

Also please note we are not liable for any stolen/damaged packages after delivery as well. If the tracking number says delivered there is likely nothing we can do except file a claim with the courier!
